1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment as specified in your invoice.
1.2. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of your safari unless otherwise agreed.
1.3. Late bookings made within 30 days of the safari require full payment upon confirmation.
2. Payment Policy
2.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
2.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
2.3. Clients are responsible for all bank charges or transfer fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
3.2. The following cancellation fees apply:60+ days before departure: 25% of the total safari cost.30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total safari cost.0–29 days before departure: 100% of the total safari cost.
3.3. Genet African Safaris reserves the right to cancel any safari in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Genet African Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or other conditions beyond our control.
5. Liability
5.1. While we strive to ensure your safety, participation in a safari is at your own risk.
5.2. Genet African Safaris is not responsible for:Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.Delays or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
5.3. Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings.
6. Health and Travel Requirements
6.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are fit for travel and comply with all vaccination and visa requirements.
6.2. Clients must inform Genet African Safaris of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to departure.
7. Wildlife and Safety
7.1. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions.
7.2. Clients must follow the instructions of their guide at all times to ensure safety.
8. Complaints
8.1. Any complaints should be raised immediately with your guide or representative during the safari.
8.2. If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the safari’s conclusion.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
9.2. Any disputes arising will be resolved exclusively in Tanzanian courts.
